Signposts of the Body
[What Your Body is Saying ]

The body is like an atlas and can be read in the same way as a road map, taking you from the point of discomfort, down all the major roads that many therapists use, onto secondary roads, and then onto little used roads, until you finally reach your destination, which is the source of the physical discomfort now.  

All diseases have a common thread (the main roads).  These main roads are the starting point in discovering where each individual discomfort began.   This means you need to find your way from the main roads through the smaller roads and paths until you find what created the discomfort.   With this awareness as you travel back, you need to check the roads have been cleared from start to finish until you reach the main road.  The final destination is a stress free body and life.

1.       You have exactly the right body for your purpose on Earth at this time
2.       Conditioning and programming are subtle, so most of the time you do not know they are happening.  Your body can show you where, when and how they are happening.
3.       By following an esoteric map of the body you can find the (energy) source of a physical discomfort.
4.       The International School of Awareness has a selection of ideas and tools for you to choose from to help you remove the discomfort, either temporarily or permanently.
5.       The magical bonus to the day, is that by learning to read your own body signposts you can find out what hidden conditioning is kicking in right now, and you then have a choice to keep it or change it.

If you are not feeling 100% physically fit or if you are low on energy, why not find out what your body is really telling you?

Enjoy a day discovering the reasons why the body is experiencing aches and pains;  or there is a tiredness and lack of ‘get up and go’; and find out quick ways of dealing with the effects.  Your individual needs will be met whilst gaining an understanding of what might have caused another person (in the workshop or in your general life) to feel discomfort in the body.

The body is often the last place to show you there is something you need to look at on a deeper level such as when you experience:

    1. logical and illogical fear
    2. an emotional relationship
    3. duty and/or responsibilities
    4. lack of confidence
    5. families
    6. changes in life styles ………… and much more
