‘Understanding your Business’
From 2006-2008 Pauline Turner attended Lancaster University and successfully completed the Leading Enterprise and Development Programme (LEAD) for which she underwent a stringent selection process. The course was a huge commitment in terms of money, time and energy, and a huge challenge to move a small, unknown, overworked business at a financial stalemate, to a successful, profit making business with two main areas of expertise reaching people in many different walks of life across the world.
This has been the result in just 24 months:
LEAD helped Pauline Turner to shed time and money consuming parts of the business, and to focus on the two profitable areas within her business, which quickly grew, vastly increasing her profits.
